How to Spa
Appointments
Please schedule your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date, time, and therapist. We require a valid credit card at the time of reservation to secure your appointment. We accept most major credit cards. At the time of check out, you may also choose to pay by cash or check (no out of state checks accepted).

Check In
We suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to review your schedule and fill out the necessary paperwork. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next client. Depending on the length of your treatment, a late arrival may result in cancellation of the appointment.
Cancellations
To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments and 48-hour s for spa packages and groups. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a charge of the full amount of the service.
Med Spa Cancellations and Consultations: A 24 hour advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule any medical spa appointment. Failure to comply with this policy will result in charges to a credit card of your choice or a deduction from your gift card. A no-show fee of $100 will be charged for any laser service or injection, and a no-show fee of $75 for any other medical spa service.
Consultations are complimentary. A $50 fee will be assessed for failure to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Special Needs and Medical Conditions
Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions such as pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, or disabilities so that special arrangements and precautions can be made.
Comfort
Although massage and body treatments require the removal of clothing, respect for your privacy is our primary concern. Undergarments may be worn if preferred and careful draping procedures are observed at all times. Please communicate any discomfort to your therapist.
Refunds
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted on skin care products within 10 days with proof of purchase. Credit card purchases will be credited to your account. Checks require a waiting period of 5 business days. No cash refunds will be issued.
Cell Phones and Pagers
To preserve a tranquil atmosphere for everyone, cell phones and pagers must be turned off in the Spa.
Children
Children are not permitted in the Spa unless receiving treatments.
Personal Belongings
Because Spa services require bare skin and freedom to move, we request that you refrain from wearing jewelry on the day of your service. Rejuvenation Clinic Day Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Gift Cards
Gift cards to Rejuvenation Clinic are an ideal gift for any occasion. Gift cards may be purchased for any dollar amount over $25.00 and may be used toward services or products.
Gratuities
Prices do not include gratuity. Gratuity can be included in your gift card. In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
